Compulsary Benefits
Pension Plan
- Regular Full Time employees
- Regular Part Time .5FTE employees (guaranteed to work 50% or more of a regular work week)
- Temporary employees - (guaranteed to work 50% or more of a regular work week)
Optional Enrollment:
- Casual employees after completion of 24 months of continuous service, and earning at least 35% of the YMPE or 700 hours in each for the 2 calendar years preceding enrolment.
Group Life Insurance– Subject to a three month waiting period

- Regular Part Time .4FTE employees (guaranteed to work 40% or more
of regular work week)
- Temporary 0.4 FTE employees hired for a minimum of one year
Long Term Disability - Subject to a three month waiting period
- Regular Full Time employees

- Temporary Employees are not eligible for ong term disability benefits
